Canadian Ringette Championships

The Canadian Ringette Championships are held annually at the beginning of April.  Top teams from each province compete against each other at the U16 AA and U19 AA levels, as well as the National Ringette League. The 2020 Canadian Ringette Championships will be held in Ottawa, Ontario, April 5-11, 2020.

U16AA and U19AA teams must Commit to Attend the Canadian Ringette Championships by December 15 of the current season. Only teams that Commit will be eligible to qualify for the competition through the Provincial Championships. The Commitment to Attend form with Open October 1 of the current playing season and can be found at the bottom of the page.

At U16AA and U19AA, the winner of the Provincial Championships will earn the honor of representing “Team Alberta” at the Canadian Ringette Championships. Information regarding the expectations of Team Alberta can be found in the CRC Information Package – Team AB.

The Alberta teams that qualify for a spot at the CRCs will represent their Local Association/AA Club and their province on and off the ice at this prestigious event. The team information package regarding expectation for Club Teams can be found in the CRC Information Package – Club Teams.
