MISCONDUCT/MATCH REPORT SUBMISSION

**This submission is for Officials only**

If you had a Misconduct or a Match Penalty in a game, and had to eject a player or a team staff member, you MUST fill out a Report and submit to Ringette Alberta by the second business day, at noon, after the incident.

Please try and get a picture of the gamesheet as well to attach to your report.
