Ringette Alberta Officials Registration Information

ALL Officials with Ringette Alberta must register individually using the RAMP system.

Please follow this guide to registration.

Officials are asked to register as soon as possible, before their first ice slot, and MUST register before November 15.

Starting in the 2025/26 Season, officials that are 18 years of age and older MUST submit a Vulnerable Sector Check.

1. Start registration

   a. http://RingetteAlbertaClub.rampregistrations.com

   b. Please ensure you are using the above portal and not your local association’s portal (like you would your coaching or playing, as it NEEDS to be with the Ringette Alberta Club)

2. Login to account 

   a. If you have used RAMP before (even in other sports), you should have a login. If you have an account and can’t remember your password, please reset it following the links.

   b. If you do not have an account yet, set one up.

   c. If you are asked by Ringette Canada to confirm username/password, please follow those instructions. It is NOT spam!

3. Choose OFFICIAL REGISTRATION 

4. Fill out any information

   a. On “Choose Officiating Level” please either choose N/A

       - All ranks will be updated by Ringette Canada and Ringette Alberta this season to show the most up to date information and the new ranking model.

   b. Please note that ranking and clinic information used to live in www.officiatingringette.ca, but as of October 2025, RAMP will be hosting that information.

5. Choose your package 

   a. REGISTERED AS A PLAYER OR TEAM STAFF

      -  IF you are playing or coaching this season, your fee is included in those fees, and is not required, as you are already paying that elsewhere.

   b. REGISTER AS AN OFFICIAL ONLY

      -  If you are not playing or coaching, you MUST choose this option (this is your Ringette Canada fee, and is mandatory to be officiating).

   c. If you are taking part in the First Stripes Program, please choose from the First Stripes options.

6. Waivers/Consent/Acknowledgement

   a. Read through all waivers and sign, paying closer attention to officiating areas.

7. Upload a Vulnerable Sector Check (only for officials 18 years of age or older)

   a. Upload if you have available.

   b. Return to your profile to add before November 15.

      - You only need to update this every three years.
