What is RAB CUP?

The Ringette Alberta Cup program is designed to further enhance the development of Athletes and Coaches.  Those who attend will participate in a well-organized and equitable skill development camp with the intent to prepare for Ringette Canada Junior National Team, Alberta Winter Games and/or Canada Winter Games.

This is an excellent learning opportunity for all participants, and a chance to be a part of a truly enjoyable event.  Athletes are given the opportunity to receive a high level of instruction and skill/fitness assessment.  The participants will meet other athletes from all over the Province and learn about the different ways they can work, both on and off the ice, to improve their game.

When and Where?

RAB Cup usually runs in mid to late April at venues across Alberta.
