| What is RAB Challenge? RAB Challenge, designed for ages 10-14, is a developmental camp serving as a stepping stone to the Alberta Winter Games program and RAB Cup. It offers skill-building, team play, and new friendships. |
| Why RAB Challenge? Experience a weekend filled with fun and skill development. Meet players from across the province, explore various coaching styles, and enjoy spirited ringette games and activities. |

Coaches needed for RAB Challenge! This is a great opportunity for development for coaches.
Read through the Coaching Program Outline and complete the application found within.
You do not have to have a child/relative attending in order to be a coach at RAB Challenge. If you have a child/relative attending, you can choose to be on their team or on another team. Some parents who coach their child/children want their child to receive different coaching but still want to access the development for themselves. Schedules vary somewhat, but start and end times are mostly the same for all teams.

| What is RAB CUP? The Ringette Alberta Cup program is designed to further enhance the development of Athletes and Coaches. Those who attend will participate in a well-organized and equitable skill development camp with the intent to prepare for Ringette Canada Junior National Team, Alberta Winter Games and/or Canada Winter Games. This is an excellent learning opportunity for all participants, and a chance to be a part of a truly enjoyable event. Athletes are given the opportunity to receive a high level of instruction and skill/fitness assessment. The participants will meet other athletes from all over the Province and learn about the different ways they can work, both on and off the ice, to improve their game. |
