Fort McMurray Ringette- Come Try Ringette

Fort McMurray Ringette Association is excited to host its annual Come Try Ringette Event. This event is to invite families and participants to try Ringette before the season starts. During the season, participants will learn technical skating, game play skills and build life long friendships.

Who Should Come:
-Open to children ages 4-16 years old
-Anyone who is curious about Ringette
-No skating or experience in Ringette is required- we have several amazing coaches and on-ice volunteers that will help getting your child comfortable on the ice.

What Should You Bring:
-Skates
-Helmet (skating or skiing helmets only, no bike helmets)(Ringette or hockey cage recommended)
-Gloves (hockey, ringette, lacrosse gloves recommended, winter mittens or gloves acceptable)

Recommended Equipment:
-Neck Guard
-Elbow Pads
-Knee/Shin Pads
-Ringette Girdle/Hockey Pants

*We will have Ringette sticks to borrow at the event!*
